Robert Kilgour

Robert founded Four Seasons Health Care in 1989 in Fife in Scotland. He left in 2000 when it was the UK’s fifth-largest care home operator with 101 homes and around 7,000 staff, making his final financial exit from the company in 2004. That year he also founded Renaissance Care which operates 16 care homes throughout Scotland with around 1,200 staff.

He also holds several non-executive director and senior advisor positions. Robert now splits his time between homes in London and Fife, raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support in his spare time.
