Paul worked for Barclays for 37 years until 2018, latterly as head of public sector and healthcare, where he ran a team of 45 looking after the banking relationships of healthcare operators including many care homes and other service providers. Since leaving the bank he advised a number of healthcare businesses on their growth and development strategies and supporting the Adopt a Grandparent charity.
