Carole is the Founder and CEO of the Glassmoon group. She has spent over thirty years’ working in healthcare, early education, work/life services and more recently in specialist care for adults.

She is a former chief executive of The Regard Group and was managing director of Bright Horizons after working at Bupa. Glassmoon Strategies provides bespoke consultancy services to investors. Carole is a director and investor in Glassmoon Services, Nell Homes and Glassmoon Digital, a tech start-up focused on diversity and wellbeing digital assets.
