Alan has held senior positions and country lead roles at KPMG across five health systems with a focus on digital, acute, diagnostics and community reform and has 25 years’ experience of cross-border healthcare M&A and consultancy projects. He is a regular panellist at UK, Irish and UAE (Arab Health) conferences. He was a judge at Investnet’s Innovation Awards. He has served on Ireland’s National Children’s Hospital Board, its National Immunisation Advisory Committee and its Medical Council for Health & Social Care Professionals.
