Knight Frank wins at HealthInvestor Awards

The healthcare team at Knight Frank are thrilled to again win the award for ‘Property Consultants of the Year – Capital Markets’ at this year’s HealthInvestor Awards. This is much appreciated recognition as leaders in our field, as valuer to the majority of the UK’s major operators, funds, investors and lenders in the sector.

Our highly experienced team of 23 provides a discreet and efficient consultancy service, advising on the full spectrum of healthcare assets. This includes care homes and day centres, independent hospitals and surgeries, children’s day nurseries, dentists, pharmacies, supported living and retirement villages.

The team’s expertise spans asset, portfolio and company valuation, development consultancy, acquisitions, disposals and debt advisory. The team is currently advising on assets totalling c. £100 billion globally.
