Entry Questions
Who can enter the awards?
Any company operating, investing or advising in healthcare is welcome to enter the Awards. Companies can nominate themselves or can be nominated by another firm, for example a PR company.
How much does it cost to enter?
There is no charge for entering the awards.
How many categories can I enter?
You can enter as many categories as you would like. Please complete a separate entry form for each submission.
What is the entry process?
You will be asked to complete a short online form and submit a document (max 2,000 words) that will be put forward to the judging panel.
Are there specific questions to be answered within the submission?
There are no specific questions to be answered within your submission. Submissions should be based on achievements for the calendar year 2025, in relation to the category you are entering. You may wish to include financial results and case studies.
What format should the document take?
Please submit the document in Microsoft Word or PDF format.
Can I include images?
Yes, you can include images if these are relevant to your submission.
When is the deadline for entries?
23 January 2026.
Who judges the entries?
The finalist entries are judged by a panel of high-profile, independent judges from across the sector.
Are the submissions confidential?
Yes. The judging panel are asked to sign a confidentiality agreement to confirm that they will not use or reference any of the Awards material outside the judging process.
When are the winners announced?
The winners will be announced on the night of the HealthInvestor Awards; 9 June 2026 at Grosvenor House Hotel, London.

What are the timings for the evening?
Currently TBC but last year’s timings were:
- 18.30 – Drinks Reception
- 19.30 – Dinner & Awards Ceremony
- 22.30 – Casino & Bars
- 01.00 – Carriages
What is the dress code?
Black tie.
