Some of our greatest recent successes in a record year of £1 billion of transactions for our agency team includes advising CareTech on the UK’s largest-ever specialist sector sale and leaseback and ground rent at around £200 million. Our valuation team advised on almost £15 billion of assets and inspected around 3,000 care facilities. Knight Frank also won the Aedifica (one of Europe’s largest healthcare REITS) mandate to value its UK care home portfolio.
